Having worked in several markets in the Northeast and Southeast, Tammy brings her 10-plus years of marketing, communications and public relations experience to The Littlejohn Group clients. Previously she has worked in large corporate settings and has won awards for her communications work. She developed and managed advertising campaigns and marketing channels in print, radio and, television during her tenure at a national real estate brokerage company and brings that expertise to both national and regional developer and builder clients. With her special interest in event planning, including past experience in the development of a national sales agent business conference, aimed at professional development, personal marketing, and brand awareness. There is no event too small or large for Tammy, who understands the value maximizing both consumer relations and sales results.
Key to Tammy's success is her instinctive ability to guide and direct sales agents with real estate product and market requirements. She has been part of numerous development teams working in conjunction with external ad agencies to maximize the development of and implementation of consumer marketing and advertising initiatives. Numerous campaigns have resulted in award-winning television, print ads and marketing plans. There is no residential project that Tammy would not add exceptional value to.
Communications and media relations are critical in the rapidly developing real estate marketing environment. Tammy has a keen understanding of all aspects of media relations, public relations, web based communications, as well as traditional outlets. This coupled with her keen interest in research, The Littlejohn Group clients benefit from real-time evaluation and project assessment. Given her experiences in developing radio and TV interviews and scripts, there is not an aspect of communications that Tammy does not participate in or contribute to.
