Upscale Condominium Sales and Marketing
Overview:
Queens 626 is a condominium project located in the exclusive Myers Park neighborhood of Charlotte North Carolina. With covered parking, large floor plans and elevator access, the project was designed to appeal to the area’s rapidly growing population of empty nesters. Many of these residents have existing homes in Myers Park but are looking to scale back while staying in the neighborhood.
Solution:
The McAlister Group brought the Littlejohn Group on board to handle the sales and marketing of the community from start to finish. Working with Stewart Marr, a local advertising agency, a series of advertisements and website was created using the neighborhood as the main selling feature. Onsite signage was designed to bring attention to the building while it was under construction.
To get the project out in the realtor community, the team worked with an agent at Dickens Mitchener, a large local agency that frequently represents homes in the area. Regular events were held onsite including a series of wine tasting events that focused on the buildings wine storage facility and appealed to the targeted demographic.
Results:
All of the buildings units were sold within 12 months of sales start, with no reductions in price needed.
