Gearing for new development
The first half of 2012 has come with a lot of new work, most notably market studies for new communities. It has been energizing to work on new communities- multi-family, mixed use, single family and condominium in a number of markets throughout the Carolinas. Clients have called on us to help design new product, vet locations and find new markets for their homes. We look forward to seeing groundbreaking on these communities throughout the next two years to serve the pent up demand for consumer driven housing.
