Emma Littlejohn

 

Emma Littlejohn brings a broad range of expertise and energy to all of her assignments. She understands the entire marketing and sales process and thrives on developing holistic solutions addressing product design, pricing, and critical resources including sales staffing. She delivers critical marketing insight to her clients including portfolio valuation and identification of strategies required for success.

Emma has consulted in virtually every segment of residential housing including: condominiums and cooperatives; master-planned communities; resort properties; transit and mixed-use developments, senior housing; and small area plans. Emma is a member of the National Homebuilders Institute for Residential Marketing, the Urban Land Institute, and the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has completed post baccalaureate studies in Real Estate through the Harvard University Graduate School of Design. Emma has participated in groups such as the ULI Affordable Housing Committee and HBA, further expanding her network and knowledge base. She is active in the community as well as the industry assisting affordable housing groups, volunteering to assist in coursework at UNCC, and sharing her knowledge with local governments and agencies.

Maggie Collister

 

Maggie Collister heads The Littlejohn Group’s research and is responsible for development of market reports and analyses for residential and mixed use projects. Maggie’s passion and keen intellect for gathering and analyzing insightful marketing intelligence are recognized by clients of The Littlejohn Group.  Maggie utilizes various data sources and information gathering methods depending upon the client need including review of market sales and closing data, census bureau reports, market trends and demographics data, in-depth interviews, and on-site tours.

Maggie’s work in the private sector is complemented by her considerable body of work in public planning. She has worked with teams of planners and economists developing comprehensive planning strategies for innovative and marketable housing at both the local and regional levels.  She enjoys participation in community meetings, design charettes, and conducting community surveys and stakeholder interviews. She has a special interest in rural tourism and economic development. Maggie has a Master’s in Community Planning from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Brittany Hayes

Brittany Hayes
Brittany Hayes brings a variety of experience to her position as Project Manager for The Littlejohn Group. Her background in communications and journalism lend a hand to the daily interactions with current projects, potential clients, and varying members of research and marketing partnerships.

Brittany utilizes her strengths and energy to assist in office communication as well as facilitate connections with local and out of state resources. While working on a variety of marketing and PR projects, Brittany loves the interaction and challenges she faces with each unique task. With a BA in Organizational Communications, she brings a different set of skills to The Littlejohn Group.

Tammy Herrmann

Tammy Herrmann
Tammy Herrmann has over 10 years experience in all aspects of marketing, public relations, and communications. She provides in-house project management, marketing coordination and planning and serves as the marketing contact for various project life cycles. Tam is invaluable at media planning and strategies and always has creative ideas to get projects known and recognized throughout the market.

Tammy earned her Bachelor’s from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and has worked in marketing departments in a variety of industries throughout her career.

Molly Waring

Molly effectively targets and coordinates marketing efforts with high impact results for The Littlejohn Group. Her talents are as endless as her energy when it comes to broker outreach and managing sales groups.

Molly is innovative and creative in her approach to promotional strategies, sales support and training. Molly is very well organized when it comes to planning events a passion that she truly enjoys. Events take advantage of her combination of exceptional creative, organization, and communication skills. She coordinated a high-impact event with The Charlotte Bobcats for an inner city high rise project and maximized the event with on-site and off-site sponsorships and advertising.
